Fits the VW T1 Bus, T2 Bus, Beetle, Karmann Ghia, Type 3 and Type 181. Steel fuel line running along the left-hand side of the engine from the chassis to the fuel pump.
Application: all vehicles with a Type 1 engine from August 1965.
Shaped to the original design, based on an original part.
In practice this line is often replaced with a length of fuel hose, but that creates a fire hazard because the hose can lie loose in the engine bay. It is advisable to use this steel line and secure it with clamp 0979-520. Preferably also combine with grommet 0969-206 for a complete and safe installation.
