Dust cover for the gear shift rod of the VW T3 Bus with 5-speed gearbox, OEM number 251 711 248A. The rubber cover sits around the shift rod and keeps dirt and moisture away from the passage. If it cracks, moisture gets in, leading to corrosion and stiff gear changes.
