Dust cover on the shift rod for the VW T3 Bus 05/1979–07/1985, OEM number 251 711 167A. The cover sits on the shift rod passage through the floor pan and keeps dust, moisture and dirt out of the shift mechanism. Replacement is required as soon as the rubber cracks or hardens.
