Rubber mounting strip for the licence plate light of the VW Beetle 08/1963–07/1966, with OEM number 113 943 191. The strip forms the seal between the light unit and the engine lid and becomes hard with age, allowing water to penetrate along the edges. Replacement is common when removing the licence plate light.
