The bonnet seal of your engine cover ensures that your engine compartment stays dust-free and heat is efficiently retained. After decades - this rubber starts to dry out and become brittle - causing it to no longer fit properly. This rubber sealing strip can be ordered per meter - so you have exactly what you need for your T1. Combine this with a new bonnet lock if you are already working on it.
