Interior light for the VW Beetle sedan, model years 10/1952–05/1972, with OEM number 111 947 111D. The light is mounted in the headliner above the windscreen and is switched via the door contacts or a manual switch on the housing. Replacement is common in case of yellowing of the lens cover or a faulty bulb holder.
