This light switch is located under your dashboard and controls your headlights and parking lights. It is a direct OEM replacement (311 941 531A) for the T2a and Karmann Ghia - so no hassle with modifications. After fifty years - it may start to stick or the contacts may feel flaky - in which case replacement is the only real answer. Combine this with a new switch knob and you're all set.
